Principle: data stays local

Personal data is processed exclusively on servers in Germany (Hetzner). AI tools used during development never have access to customer data.

Data: name, email, optionally phone, area of interest, message
Purpose: handling your enquiry
Storage: locally on a German server (Hetzner)
Disclosure: no disclosure to third parties
Retention: as long as needed for communication (at least 6 months)

3. Website hosting & cookies

Host: Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany
Cookies: no tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
Logs: server logs (IP address, user agent) are deleted after 7 days

4. AI in the service

Where AI is used: development, code review, analysis
Customer data sent to AI? NO — only generic code is sent to AI
Acceptable example: “Optimise this Python function” (OK)
Unacceptable example: “Analyse this customer list with real names” (NOT OK)

5. Your rights (GDPR)

• Access: you can ask at any time which data about you is stored
• Rectification: incorrect data can be corrected
• Erasure: your data will be deleted on request (right to object)
• Portability: your data can be handed to you in a structured format

HTTPS/SSL: all data transfers are encrypted
Server security: firewall, regular updates, backups
