General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope & conclusion of contract

These terms apply to all services provided by endevo-IT (small business of Matthias Schulz).

Conclusion of contract

1. The customer sends an enquiry (email, contact form)
2. endevo-IT prepares a quote (description of services, price, term)
3. The customer accepts the quote (in writing / by email)
4. The contract is concluded

2. Services

endevo-IT offers: AI-assisted analysis, process automation, SaaS solutions, code review, consulting. The exact scope is defined in each quote (scope of work).

AI-assisted services

Many services use AI as a tool. Important: AI results are checked, but the customer remains responsible for decisions based on these results.

3. Prices & payment terms

Pricing models

• Hourly rate: by time spent (billed monthly)
• Fixed price: for a defined scope (50% deposit, 50% on completion)
• Subscription/SaaS: monthly subscription (payable by the 14th of the month)
• Project: larger project with milestone payments

Payment terms

Invoices are sent electronically. Payment due within 14 days, net. In case of late payment: 1.5% default interest per month plus a €5 reminder fee. After 14 days of late payment, services are suspended.

4. Term & termination

Project basis: from start to completion. Can be terminated at any time with 7 days' notice.

SaaS/subscription: monthly, can be cancelled at the end of a calendar month with 30 days' notice.

5. Liability & warranty

I provide the services professionally and to the best of my knowledge. However, I am not liable for damage arising from the use of the results (e.g. wrong business decisions based on analyses).

Data protection: all customer data is processed locally on German servers and not passed on to third parties.

6. Other provisions

These terms are governed by German law. Subject to change.
